In Memory of Eric Stephen Darity

His smile so bright that it lit up the room,
His laughter contagious and it left us too soon.

Articulate, intelligent, a kind and gentle soul,
His presence and friendship made you feel whole.

A spirit of excellence, both serious and fun,
A heart for the Father, the Spirit, the Son.

His mark he left with us in so many ways,
He will live on in our hearts for all of our days.

Eric’s love will continue to exude through his mother and father, Shavonne and Steve, his brother Sean, his grandparents, aunts, uncles, cousins and all those he touched on this earth.

A college scholarship in memory of Eric will be awarded this May through the Asheville Promise Scholarship fund.

A celebration of life service will be held on Saturday, April 4th from 4-6pm at the YMI Cultural Center located at 39 S. Market St., Asheville, NC 28801
